In the power and possibility of broken things my heart flutters

In the madness and kindness of my mother's lore

Wondering what we face

What we are up against

That would break such a thing as this

Hope

Mortar like manure causing things to grow and take shape just so

The mosaic's brokenness will far exceed the design of it's maker

And we are left pondering how is this possible

Fragile, glorious, and unafraid
